Mental Health First Aid Training

This course is for anyone who would like to become an MHFAider®

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a two day course. Learners will be trained over four live sessions by an MHFA England  Instructor Member. The MHFA course covers 14 hours of content in total. Learning takes place through a mix of instructor led training, group discussions, individual and group activities.

This course is for those who would like to become an MHFAider®

  • Gain the knowledge and skills to spot signs of people experiencing poor mental health
  • Be confident starting a conversation and signpost a person to appropriate support
  • You will receive access to MHFA England’s learning hub (Enabley) and digital manual
  • The course workbook, lanyard, and wallet-sized reference card with the MHFA action plan will be posted to you.
  • MHFAiders® are exclusively provided with three-year access to ongoing learning and support through the MHFAider Support App®.
