As a business leader and team manager, I regularly find myself coming in to contact with people who are being affected by mental ill health.  The 2 day MHFA course was great; it gave me insight in to the issues and tools to help me talk to people in the right way. This was such a useful course, I have already been able to apply what I have learnt in several situations both in my personal life and at work. It was quite intensive over a couple of days and involved a fair bit of home reading. The resources provided are excellent as was the course organisation. Dawn the instructor was lovely and really engaged all the participants who came from a large variety of backgrounds. The course had been really well adapted to the online format.
