This online Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course is a two day course (9am-5pm). Learners will be trained over four live sessions by an MHFA England Instructor Member, covering 14 hours of content in total. Learning takes place through a mix of instructor led training, group discussions, individual and group activities.

This online Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course is a two day course. Learners will be trained over four live sessions by an MHFA England Instructor Member, covering 14 hours of content in total. Learning takes place through a mix of instructor led training, group discussions, individual and group activities.

This course is for those who would like to become an MHFAider®

Gain the knowledge and skills to spot signs of people experiencing poor mental health
Be confident starting a conversation and signpost a person to appropriate support
You will receive access to MHFA England’s learning hub (Enabley) and digital manual
The course workbook, lanyard, and wallet-sized reference card with the MHFA action plan will be posted to you.
MHFAiders® are exclusively provided with three-year access to ongoing learning and support through the MHFAider Support App®.
