Half-Day Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace Training
This Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace course has been developed for all employees to raise awareness of a variety mental health conditions and help learners to reduce stigma and discrimination associated with mental health issues within the workplace and in our communities.
This course will enable learners to recognise early signs of mental ill health and give learners an understanding of how to promote good mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace course content
The course is a half day course (3 hours). To keep people safe and supported while they learn the course is limited to 16 delegates face to face training and 12 delegates online.
Learners will be required to participate and demonstrate the Course Learnings throughout the session. This will be achieved by verbal questions and answers, Ongoing observation and involvement in group and individual activities.
Certificate of attendance will be issued to all learners that have demonstrated that learning has taken place throughout the session and course outcomes have been met.
About Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace Course
Training courses are delivered by experienced and qualified trainers that have many years’ experience in mental health awareness issues.
Learners will gain the most out of the sessions through a variety of delivery methods that are used including: power point, individual and group activities, case studies, scenarios, DVD clips, group discussion and research.
