Instead of worrying about things over which they have little or no control, focus your time and energy on things you can control.
Knowing what things are within your own control, and you therefore have the ability to change, and what things are outside of your control so you have no ability to change them, can help.

About Edu-c8 Mental Health & Wellbeing
Our passion is to raise mental health awareness and wellbeing. The training we provide will empower individuals to look after their own wellbeing and understand and promote mental health in the workplace and the community as a whole.
We specialise in Mental Health First Aid accredited courses. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised course accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health.
