Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. Most of us have busy lives so this is something we often overlook.

About Edu-c8 Mental Health & Wellbeing

Our passion is to raise mental health awareness and wellbeing. The training we provide will empower individuals to look after their own wellbeing and understand and promote mental health in the workplace and the community as a whole.
